Act Professional
  1. Treat Your Job with Respect, This is No School This is a Paid Job. Doing Time-pass, Unethical activity is termed as Theft of Money at Company Accounts. Such Thief ideology is a Burden on other Team Members who will to go grow financially in Life.  Company strictly considers only people who are serious towards their job. (Non-Professionals are Banned Permanently at HR Companies also).
  2. Myth Buster: Your Friends.. Neighbors.. Relatives.. Love.. Can only Come for Your help for Once and will always Respect You for Your Money.. And Still People Disrespect and Do all types of Nonsense activity at their Job which pays them Regularly. 
  3. Half Days: Minimum 6 Hours - Only between 03 PM to 12 AM is permitted, Rest take Holiday.
  4. Fresh Faces Non Tired People: If Any staff leaves early due to any personal work. Next Day reporting only at 03.00 PM.  Take Rest. Only Fresh Mind is allowed.
  5. Be 15 Mins Early: Salary Calculation will start only with Ready Counters. (Going Washroom after)
  6. Unreported Sales Margin Will not be Calculated in Margin Payout and will not be considered Later.
  7. Customers Pitched Sales which come Through Out-Calls Will Count 1% Additional Margin.
  8. Holidays Weekends & Public Holiday No Holiday & Only On Monday / Wednesday if its not a Public Holiday.
Penalties
  1. 100 Rs (Per Instance): Wasting Company Paid Time. 
    1. Chitchatting.
    2. Giving Life Lessons to People / Staff / Anybody. 
    3. Personal Mobile is Switch On.
    4. Roaming in Mall leaving Counter or Team Member.
    5. Too Many Times Washroom.
    6. Fighting on Mobile Phones.
    7. Not available in front of Camera / Tea Break for more than 10 Mins.
  3. 5000 (10 Days * 500 Per Day as Paid Company Staff Training Charges): Penalty if the Staff quits within 90 Days of Job Placement.
  4. No Salary will be Paid if the staff exits within 90 Days of Job Placement.
  5. 2500 Per Day: If Counter is Closed because of Staff Non-Informed Holiday.
  6. Breakage / Mishandling / Broken Products cost will be recovered from Salaries.
Spot Removal from Job
  1. Manipulation of Sales & Forceful / Insulting Sales with Client.
  2. Not Listening / Following Team Protocol.
  3. Making Friendly Relationships / Love Affairs in Mall wasting Company's Paid Precious Time.
  4. Family Interference in Job / Mall.
